Rob's back!!

Yesterday I made delicious chocolate brownies too celebrate Robs return, I have too admit that Mary Lou's brownies are way better :) I rode with Rob we talked a lot about his holiday visiting Mary Lou in America. I really miss Mary Lou and Tetley (her horse.)

I found some pictures of us three before Mary Lou and Tetley went to America:

This is Mary Lou with Tetley on their first ever dressage test!!

Tetley and Fella loved each other so much! Fella was definitely not himself for a little while after Tetley, but Houghi soon came into his field to keep him company.

We all liked to chillax after a days hard work, we all liked to sunbath and eat our dinners. Smile Tetley!

Tetley liked to travel in style to America!!!!! Luxury. Even people don't get this good service in a taxi.

Rob really noticed a difference in Fella, Naomi really can make wonders happen. He was being a proper dressage horse.

Mum says this blog is like a psychologist, that has put me off doing this blog oh well parents. Can't life with them and you can't life without them. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

We had a big Reunion on Sunday, Rosie came down unexpectedly and gave Sophie loads of big cuddles and cuddles. Chloe and Katie were down as well, Naomi was there and now Rob was back.

  1. Families are like that - can't live with them and can't live without them. See how low my hands are in the first picture? I have learned that Tetley prefers them higher and it looks so much better too.

Tetley gave pony rides to kids who don't know how to ride. It was different with you as you already knew something.

Now for the brownie recipe: 150 g of unsalted butter, 150 g Green and Blacks 72% baking chocolate, 3/4 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup (well, just a little less) of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla. Gently melt the butter and chocolate together and beat well. Beat in the eggs and vanilla and sugar; make sure it is blended thoroughly. Thoroughly fold in the flour but try not to overmix. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Now this in in Fahrenheit and you want Celsius. I think it's 175 C but 150 if you have convection.
